Universal Marina Systems will manage the entire project from design, manufacture, installation and commissioning ready for use. We can also take care of all Local and State Government approvals and development applications specifically required for each project. All designs are completed by our qualified engineers and independently certified by Third Party Engineers. The manufacturing process only commences after the approval of these drawings.
Universal Marina Systems will manage the whole installation process, including demolition and removal of existing structures if required. Demolition works are carried out with regard to site specific environmental considerations.
Piling commence on completion of demolition process, and we are experienced and capable of incorporating all piling within our quote. Equally we are happy to work with other sub-contractors.
Universal Marina Systems Eclipse floating pontoons will be installed as specified and to the requirements of Australian Standard 3962-2001 Guidelines for the Design of Marinas, including specified and client agreed decking of choice, flush mounted duct covers and engineered polyethylene floatation units.
As part of the comprehensive service we offer, we can include the installation and connection of all power and water services including Single and Three Phase pedestals, enclosed fire hose reel cabinets, fire hydrants and emergency cabinets including fire extinguishers.
Project completion includes the Test, Inspection & Commissioning of the installation, and the provision of a Client Handover Information Pack.
